Orders will normally take 3-7 business days (exclude Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) to arrive after being shipped.

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse within 1 ~ 3 working days, or at the following work day. 

When placing an order in our online shop you will receive an order confirmation as a receipt to your purchase. The order confirmation will show the total price you have paid. 

Upon goods arrival, you will also find in the package another hard copy of the invoice.
